Kendall has a tremendous skillset in all aspects of CRE marketing, honed from her previous marketing role at a leading national investment sales brokerage firm.
At Monarch, Kendall drives results through Why InvestTM, the company’s unique and proprietary listing strategy, which upends the traditional brokerage process to maximize price, timing and certainty. She combines extensive design and writing skills with genuine curiosity to research each property and present it in the best light, both visually and through narrative.
What sets Kendall apart is her desire to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate she’s charged with marketing, allowing her to optimize listing campaigns effectively. She’s building a broad skill set encompassing lease abstraction, underwriting, property valuation and tenant analysis. Her interest stems naturally from her family’s pedigree in the CRE industry, and she is currently studying for her real estate salesperson license in California.
